Therefore, any translation, publication and copying of audio files and pamphlets and documents provided in the course, without the official permission of the Inspirational Leadership and Coaching Group, will be prosecuted by this group and due to violating the ethics of the coaching profession there won’t be a course certification issued for them.
• If the number of student absences is more than 12 sessions or the assigned assignments are not presented in the specified time, they will be deprived of the opportunity to participate in the exam and, of course, they will not be issued a course certificate.
• Since the current course is coordinated with a fee much lower than the international level, if the student does not pay the course fee or installments according to the schedule specified in the agreement, it won’t be possible to continue the course and They will also be denied certification.
• Online course student admission, to connect to the class, you need to install Zoom software and be sure of your internet platform. Due to the country's Internet bandwidth, class participation is coordinated audio rather than video. Also a minimum of familiarity with the Internet and computer is a prerequisite for the course.
• If access to the course is restricted due to the disconnection of the international Internet by decision-making bodies in Iran, the Inspirational Leadership and Coaching Group will not be responsible.
• Due to the policies of the Inspirational Leadership and Coaching Group, it is not possible to repay the amount in any way.
• Providing a certificate for a student is subject to passing an electronic exam and completing homework.
• Completing the personal information contained in this form and signing it (electronically or formally) means accepting the above conditions.

• After the student agrees to the agreement, in case of requesting a change in course conditions such as payment method, change in class time or any other change, it is necessary for the student to formally announce his request via email to the group. • In case of need and according to the changes of the International Coaching Federation as well as discretion, the Inspirational Leadership and Coaching Group can change the structure of classes and courses and in some cases the time of classes, In this case all changes will be notified to you in full transparency.

The Student Commitments:

Dispute Resolution Reference:

In the event of any dispute in the interpretation or implementation of this agreement, the parties shall endeavor to resolve the obstacles through negotiation, otherwise the dispute of the agreement will be resolved through the competent authority.

Termination of the agreement:

• If the student leaves the ethical, professional and legal framework (national or global) before receiving the certificate of the course completion, the Inspirational leadership and coaching team can expel the offender from the educational system and their access to the contents of the site and related courses and groups will be Stopped without reimbursing payments. Ethical and legal issues include failure to pay tuition in full and on time, violation of the aforementioned rules and regulations, and departure from the ethical principles of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
